Our Vocational Team are trained to provide individual support with all aspects of skill development, job coaching/searching, CV develop- ment, interview techniques, application form completion and coordinate, as well as offer advice, on appropriate training courses and activities
Sometimes if someone has been absent or never worked it is useful for them to be able to try different work situations, to assess their compatibility to an alternative job and to act as part of their rehabilitation program, increasing strength and endurance. Generally large employers, as part of their social responsibility, are keen to be involved with these work experience type placements which are a crucial part of rehabilitating individuals into the work place.
