tracscare are experienced providers of care and rehabilitation in residential care homes for adults with various challenging needs.

Individual residential care and support is provided through tailoured care packages based on individual needs. Across 60 homes in England and Wales, our residential care service can provide support for adults with:

• Personality Disorder
• Acquired Brain Injuries
• Autistic Spectrum Disorders
• Dual Diagnosis

tracscare provides an individual service based upon assessed needs, with a flexible care response, which may vary from the provision of a Home for life, to the focused rehabilitation of preparing clients for more independent living. Individuals care is tailored to their needs, and based on an individual assessment upon entry.

As an 'Investors in People' accredited company, tracscare are committed to training and developing staff for our residential care homes.

All of our staff receive regular training and some attend external training day release courses. Many of our Home Managers started with us as Support Workers, through our unique 'fastrac' training and development programme.

We also provide external training with NVQ's, First Aid and Food Hygiene. One special feature of our training for all employees is 'Studio III' training, provided at induction, which outlines our positive, low arousal approach to managing challenging needs.
